IN CHAMBERS. A sitting in Chambers was held before Mr Justice Dennisfcon yesterday. PROBATES. Orders for probate were made as follows:—Amelia Vere (Mr Malley), Patrick Kelly (Mr Loughnan), C. L. Davies (Mr Andrews). M. Toohey (Mr Mills), G. R. Barnes (Mr Ritchie), Thomas West (Mr Loughrey), Henry Thomson (Mr Mills), Henry Burnell (Mr Mills), Constance Lean (Mr Slater). MISCELLANEOUS. In the ca«e of J. Stanton (Mr Brown), which was a motion for probate in which caveats had been entered, his Honour directed an action to be begun to prove the will. In re Richard Clarke (Mr Mills), an application was made for leave to sell certain land. After argument, tno matter stood over to enable notice to be given to the adult beneficiaries. In G. M. Milne (Mr Kirk) an order was made for letters of administration.
