BELGRADE, September 14.
Further evidence of the instability of the throne of King Peter of Seiwia is furnished by the discovery of a new Servian military plot. A number of officers implicated have been anas ted. Owing to his fear of a fate similar to that of his unfortunate predecessor, the King keeps his river launch in constant readiness for the flight that at any moment may become necessary.
