Two brothetrs named McGrare were- ptaying together when the elder, aged uinjettefn, picked up and pointed a .pea rifle at the younger believing it to be unloocjed. The weapon wenrti off and the Ibd was shot in tlie face, death The elder brother was arrester- on a charge of manslaughter.
