CASUALTIES.

While riding a bicycle along Manchester street yesterday evening, Mr E. Fox, proprietor of tho Al Hotel, met with an.unpleasant accident. The bicycle came in contact with the mounds caused by tlie City Council placing electric cables across the road, an"? Mr Fox was thrown, to the ground. He was picked up in an unconscious condition and taken to his home. He was rather severely cut about the face.
