(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, May 11. ■ The Magistrate lias ordered th-e extradition of Edith Stevens, alias Stuart, charged with receiving £50 from Duncan McPhail, of Sydney, knowing the *anK' to be dishonestly obtained, and Frank Stuart, charged with tin? theft and forgery of £182 with intent to defraud McPbail" The police elated that £34 was found on the woman. Since her arrival. sh« discovered she had committed bigamy. Tho dvialeations of the male accused* are said to amount to £1200. Stuart, when arrested, denied, but subsequently admitted, his idlautity, also that i) 110 in his possession was part of the money stolen. A letter found on Stuart addressed to 1113 parents admitted taking « thousand pounds or more of the •fcfloyees' money.
