OPERA HOUSE.
"Uncle Tom's Cabin" was produced by the Oswald Dramatio Company at the Opera House on Saturday afternoon at a matinee. The same piece was played in the evening, when there was a good attendance. Several negro songs and chorUßes were given during the progress of the play. "Uncle Tom's Cabin" will be Tepeated tonight. jODDFEILLOWS' HALL. Deans's Waxworks and Vaudeville Company gave another of their popular entertainments on Saturday evening to a full house. AH the performers were encored, and the items presented were received with approbation. The programme is to be repeated tills evening. To-morrow evening a further series of competitions will take place, tho first being a silver watch for best solo on any musical instrument. A silver watch will also be given to the best lady balladist, and silver medal for the boy making the funniest face.
