Lot 1, comprising 150 acres, hfiD£ the. homestead block, was bought by Mr J&lui Lowry at £30 per acre. Lot 2, comprising *80 acres, was bought by J. at £20 per acre. Another farm cf 60 acres, at. Prebbleton, on account of Olr L. Inwood, was submitted, but was passed, t-lw besrt offer being £26 5s por acre, at which price the vendor declined to do business.
A property on the east side of StaJi-mo-re road, changed hands yesterday at £350, Meiers Tonka, Norton, and Co. being the auctioneers. There were 52 perches of kind, a. compact seven-roomed liouae, stabiee, washliouse, etc.
