He Trexb presented Mr Herb?rt Hall with a prizsof two guineas for nrchiu-ctural iketches, and said that Mr Hill's work iiad given E-atis»fi;ctioii to the Society and to the public who had eeen it, and h:- sir.ceieiy hcrj)-rl they would M>e more of his work in the future. During Uio. evening vocal items were, given by Messrs Keiunnr. and Blcnkinsop. and wero tvell received. Mr E- Empson played the accompaniments.
In connection with the Society's Exhibition this year, Mr James Jameson, who. a.'i on previous occasions lent a number of interest ir.jj works, has d&r.e much to make the Inhibition a success, not only from the Socifty'-s standpoint, but also from that of the exhibiting artirts.
