At the meeting of the Education Board yesterday, Mr Opie drew tbe Chairman's ;itlention to the statement made by the Right Hon. the Premier at Wai mate as to tha neglect of the Board to make the necese&ry applications for grants, in consequence of which some- of the money available had gone to the North Bland.
