The Managing Committee of the Canterbury Rowing Club have appointed a subcommittee, consisting of Mrs R. D. Thomas rj'.d Mc>sns F. H. Hut ton. U. Lawrence, H. S. Hobbs, C L- Hawkins, and A. L. Styche to cany' out the club dance. The Coinmitteo abo decided to purchase a piano for tlio .social hall, and to reduce the Club's moitgn-e by £50. The date of the annual smoke 'concert and presentation of prizes wnts arranged.
