SOAP AND WATER HOLIDAY.
"Health Day" is the name of a new •ltgal holiday appointed by the Utah (U.S.A.) Legislature. On tho first Monday in October it is compulsory for every person in the State to clean and disinfect thoroughly dwelling-bouse.*, stores, theatres, ■<—d public halls. There is a penalty of -10 for failure to observe the Act.
