RIOT AND BLOODSHED
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, March 29. Five hundred workmen employed in the State ironworks at Ufa have struck. The Governor of t!u> district, coining to enquire into the affair, was mobbed by the rioters, who then stormed the works, refusing to disperse till the troops fired upon them, killing twenty-eight and wounding fifty.
