United Press Association—By El _otrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 17th, 11.52 p.m.) LONDON, March 17. Mr Charles Pharazyn, of New Zealand, has been missing for three weeks. Hrs body has now been found in the Thames. At the inquest a verdict was returned of suicide during temporary insanity. Mr Pharazyn was a well-known Wellington resident. He was a son of Mr C. J. Pharazyn, one of Wellington's earliest settlers, who landed there in 1841, and is living there yet, at the age of 101.
