(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) PALMERSTON NORTH, February 17. The directors' report to the annual meeting of shareholders of tlie xalmerston North Gas Company indicates a prosperous X, the amount available for distribubeing £2770. A dividend of 7 per cent, on paid up capital was recommended, and of the balance of £1300, £1000 is to be placed to the credit of the reserve fund and *;,SOO to be carried forward to next year's accounts.
