Lord Onslow states that the Government contemplate sending to South Africa bacteriological experts to study the remedies for cattle diseases. The Government are iniporting Queensland oattle in large numbers, and Australian sheep and English rams, and establishing experimental farms and a veterinary department to educate the Boers to combat the diseases.
