HEAVY FLOODS IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA. (Received December 19th, 1.13 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 18. All the river* feeding the Sydney water supply arc in heavy flood. ADELAIDE, December 18. The monsoonal rains are the heaviest lor years. Tremendous floods have occurred at Willunga, where .several persons narrowly escaped drowning. Many nomas were flooded, and a large quantity of hay floated away. Eighteen inches of rain fell at Mount Dromedary, neaa , Tilba. Tilba, since Monday.
