The French Consular Agent has informed the Premier that the Government at New Caledonia is prepared to receive Kanakas compelled to leave Queensland under the Federal lair. PERTH, November 26. The Assembly by 20 votes to 14 negatived a proposal to reduce the Governor's salary to £3000.
