(SPECIAL TO "THE PRESS.") B'UiNEDIN, August 14. An Orient patient at the Quarantine Station has developed unmistakable rheumatic signs in the knees and ankles. There are now 297 men in quarantine—277 at Tahuna and 20 on the Island. JUll are •doing well. The police intend taking steps to arrest those troopers who have not so far reported themselves to camp, and also to deal stringently with those men and others who are said to aav-e left camp after nightfall and come into town.
