RANGIORA HORSE FAIR.
At the Rangiora Central Yards on Friday ihere was a good attendance. The entrr of fifty horses was less than.expected. Prices were: —Unbroken draughts (two years off) £25 to £37, broken-in draughts £30, £36 to £38, older sorts £15 to £20, light harness horses £15 to £22, Aveedy do £8 to £10, hacks £12 to £15, weedy do £5 to £6. The Nbrfch Canterbury Stores Company are reported to have disposed of Mr MaCoolm Duncan's farm at Flaxton, 194 acres at £25 10s per acre/to'Mr J. A. Clothier, and a 24 acre farm at Balcairn to Mr Blick for £500.
