Passengers—For New Zealand: Miss Carver, Messrs Niohoils, Clayton, Stewart. German mail steamer, Oldenburg. Passengers—For New Zealand: Mr Dawson and family, Mr Alexander. (PRBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) " WELLINGTON, July 4. The Postal Department is advised that the mails by tbe Sierra, which left Auckland on the 15th June, arrived at 'Frisco on the 2nd inst., at 3 p.m., one day late. The Otarama left London yesterday for Auckland.
