DRUNKENNESS.
Pive male first-offenders, one a mere boy, ware each fined Sβ and costs, and Theodore whu was found,.drunk in High street on Thursday, was .fined JQs and costs by Messrs W. Prudhoe and o*. Payling, J.P.'s. ALLEGED THEFT. Annie Osborn, w&o on June Bth, was alleged to have stolen a pint measure, value £1 Iβ, the property of Alfred Lawrence, , was remanded till Tuesday next. Bail was ' allowed, accused in £10, and one surety in £10. ALLEGED WILFUL DAMAGE. Albert Dyer was alleged to have wilfully damaged, on the 18th inst., a door panel value' 7s 6d, in a house occupied by Alary Jerae Robins. The accused was remanded till Wednesday next. BICYCLE CASE, Thomas Saunders was fined 5s and costs for riding his bicycle along the footpath of the East Belt on June 11th. BY-LAW. William Thomas was fined 20s and costs for allowing a cow to wander at large at Sumner. ALLEGED BREAKING AND ENTERING. On the 14th insfc. Robert Hawthorn was alleged to have broken into John Greenslade's house, Prebbleton, and to have stolen cash to the extent, of £3 10a. Upon the application of the police he was remanded till Tuesday next.
