Raphael vA. G. Calder. Mr Raphael for ■ plaintiff. Debtor ordered to pay the amount, £17, forthwith, or, in default, to undergo six weeks' imprisonment. CG. Fryer v Waiter Cumberworth, £7 18s 3d. •Mr Lea-hem for judgment creditor. After " hearing debtor, his Worship refused the application.
