The last match of the season in t_& junior competition was played on Thursday -5 -auuaster Park, when Sydenham. A defeated the Drapers by 3 goals to 1. The game was very even, each side scoring one in the first spell. With five minutes to play, ham, by swift passing, scored twice. O'Reilly (2) and Free (1) scored for the winners, an. Ritchie for the Drapers. Sydenham A vis ths Championship, the score"being—Matches played 12, won 12, goals for 44, against 7. This is a record for the colony.
