EAST BELT FLOODS.

TO TOE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir,—May I suggest through the medium of your paper that the postal authorities (I feel it would be too much to ask of the City Council) keep a horse and cart in attendance at the East Belt-Gloucester street pillarbox, whenever we get a little rain, so that those living in the neighbourhood can post their letters without having to wade through the water.—Yours, etc., EASTENDER.
