Sir, —Kindly allow mc, the medium of your valuable journal, to offer, as some slight protection to the investing public, the suggestion tihat sharebrokers be licensed under certain regulations, on the infringment of any of /which the license would be cancelled. A license fee of £25 per annum, payable to the local bodies, might meet the case. The above suggestion might also, with advantage, be applied to land and estate agents. —Yours, etc., AN INVESTOR.
