THE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP.
(rXISS ASSOCIATION TEUOKAM.) WELLINGTON, April 19. At the Chess Tournament Barnes is now leading, being half a game ahead of Mason. The seventh round began to-night. The game between Barnes, ex-champion, and Cleland, champion, appears to be in favour of the former.
