Despite the opposition of the British and American representatives, the Peace Conference has endorsed' the prohibition of €he Dam-dura, ballet. The Turkish delegates at the Conference challenged tile Armenians being allowed to address the meeting, as the Armenians were sympathisers with- the Young Turkey party. June 24. At the Peace Conference, the Russian delegate made a proposition, that all armies should remain at a standstill for five years, except.in the case of colonial forces, and that there should also be no further increase in naval armaments for three years. .
