THE SUMNER FETE.
Yesterday Simmer gave another gala. The weather was magnificent, and the crowd quite eclipsed any gathering Sumner has yet had. (Jar loads ol people streamed down at vnuiuu. uiue- i. ' iie day and until even-
in*, They did nc all stay the day out. The sea was perfect, tinted green and blue in the sun, till ft seemed alive aod smiling, so calm was it. Very many took advantage of its rippling smoothness to bathe. The races were exceedingly good.
