Friday, September 23. (Before T. Gapes, E. «mith, and F. D. S. Neave, Esqs., J.P.s) Bicycles ox Footpaths. — For riding bicycles on footpaths at Sumner, J. Thornton was fined Ss, with cost- 7s, G. Bowron and R. Kennett each ss, with costs 7s, and solicitor's fee 10s 6d, R. Brown and A. Jewiss, who rode a tandem, each 10s, with 4s 6d costs, and solicitor's fee 10s 6d. Uxkegistered Docs.—For keeping unregistered dogs, N. Blumsky and A. Spoor were each fined 10s, with 7s costs and 10s 6d solicitors fee; T. Webley, 5s without costs.
