THE HOUSE OF COMMONS POST OFFICE.

The Postmaster of tne House of Commons has made up his annual budget, which contains some interesting items. During the session not less than 1,351,720 letters have j passed through the office. It is "significant that whilst over 800,000 were received, only 650,600 were posted. In the matter ol telegrams, the difference is on the other side. Whilst members received 15,477 teleframs, they despatched 23,312. 31,630 'rcss messages were sent out.
