LONDON, September 20.; The second yacht race between the Maid of Kent and the Sydney yacht Irex was sailed over the Medway course, a triangular six miles,' beating six miles, and. running with the wind. The wind was fresher, and the water rougher than on the occasion of. the first race. The Irex tibis time cfried less sail and a smaller crew. The Irex led by fifteen seconds round tfle first flag boat, and was afterwards delayed in setting the balloon jib. The Maid of Kept was the faster off the wind, and won by 3min 31sec
