(PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, September 21. The Council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce has decided to support the proposal originating in tine South that representations should be made to the PostmasterGeneral to the effect that it would be a great benefit to the public if the steamer which leaves the Bluff for Melbourne were delayed until the arrival of' the through train tolnvercargill, and a special train were'! put on to take the mails and passengers from ! Invercargill. to the Bluff.
