THE WAKATIPU-LAIRA COLLISION.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.)
DUNEDIN, September 10. The hearing of the case, owners of the I.aira v the Union Steamship Company, arising out of the Wakatipu-Laira collision, commended in the Admiralty Court this morning. The forenoon was occupied by the address of counsel for the defendants, who open. The trial will last a week.
