SUDDEN DEATH AT LEESTON.

Another sudden death occurred at Leeston on Tuesday morning, when Mrs Caroline Home, wife of Mr James Home, died from hemorihage of the brain. Mrs Home, was a resident of Leeston for about twentythree years. She was the mother of F. W. Home, the well-known well sinker, ChrisLchurch.

Mr H. Skivinsiton met with a nasty accident at Tinwafd on Tuesday. He was driving the trotter Sam, when the animal bolted, with the result that Mr Skivington was throw-i out and received soil- rather severe bruise 3. The horse escaped without injury, but the trap and harness were badly damaged.
