WELLINGTON NOTES.
[Br Tkusgraph.]
[from our special correspondent.]
WELLINGTON, June 13.
From a private source I learn that the illness of Mr Justice Edwards is not serious. He is simply confined to his room with asthma and a cold in consequence of raw foggy weather experienced in the south.
At a meeting of the Cyclists' Touring Club to-night, it was resolved to spend £40 on road maps of the four principal centres —Dunedin, Chrietohurch, Wellington, and Auckland. An excellent proof map of the Canterbury district was submitted, and much admired. Steps are being taken to introduce a Universal Lights Bill .in Parliament this session. This Bill makes provision for all vehicles carrying lights after dark.
