By the express trains for Dunediu yesterday the following ladies and gentlemen went south to Dunedin:—The Right Hon. R. J. Seddon, Messrs J. D. Ritchie, W. Crow, T. Hamer, T. Inglis, D. McPherson, G. W. Russell, H. B. Kirk, T. Pollard, J. Shield (President of the Dunedin A. and P. Association), Mr and Mrs Chas. Louisson, Mr and Mrs Cecil Louisson and Miss Louis: son, Mr and Mrs Victor Harris, the Revs. Gordon Webster and J. M. Simpson, Lady Stout, and Dr. Anderson. The Hon. W. C. Walker leaves for •Wellington by to-night's steamer. Mr T. E. Taylor, M.H.$., returned from Dunedin last night. Mr Wickins, of London, the well-known publisher of music, passed through Christchurch yesterday.
