Sun rises, 6.38 a.m. ; sets, 5.26 p.m. Moon rises, 6.10 a.m. ; sets, 5.30 p.m. Wkathke Forecast. Captain Edwin telegraphed yesterday as follows:—" Wind between north and west and south-west at all places northward of Thames and Manukau, and between southeast and east and north at all other places during next twelve hours, but changing to between north-east and north and west after that time. Barometer further rise at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth. Rise, but falling within ten hours at all other places. Sea and tides increasing ou all Western and decreasing on all Eastern Coast northward of Lyttelton, increasing from thence southward. Strong northerly winds are probable at all places southward of Napier and New PJymouth, after from twelve to twenty hours."

For New Plymouth —4 pkgs harrows, 1 plough, 6 cases oil, 13 pkgs. For Wanganui—B sks oatmeal, 50 boxes soap, 16 pkgs. For Manukau—l drill, 9 pkgs. For Picton—6 pkgs implements. For Blenheim—2 cycles, 40 boxee soap, 4 pkgs. For Fox ton—l plough, 3 pkgs. For Nelson -2 pkgs. For Patea— 8 pkgs implements, 22 sks potatoes, 13 pkgs.
Yesterday Messrs Kaye and Carter completed the loading of the schooner Clyde, and she sails to-day for Wellington with a full oargo of produce. Good progress is being made by the Bailey Bros, with the repairs to the schooner Huia in the Auckland dock. The agents of the Union Gas Engine Company, of San Francisco, are to fit one of the Company's engines into the schooner. *
The Huddart, Parker Company's steamer Anglian will arrive this morning from Wellington. The steamer is at present in charge of Captain Waller, late her chief officer, Captain Hood having to proceed to Melbourne to fix up matters connected with the recent accident to the steamer.
