In this case his Honour made au order referring the question of executors' commission to the Registrar to report. THOMAS V jiJAWI«&OS AMD OTHERS. This was a return to an argument of summons. Mr VV. B. Cowlishaw in support, and Mr Brown on the other side. After argument the mattei . Was adjourned till Tuesday next. PAUL V PAUL. In this case Mr Deacon applied for an order giving the custody of the children to the wife. After argument hie Honour took time to consider. RE EMILY E. SHTRREKF. On the application of Mr Harris this matter, which was for commission to executor, was referred to the Registrar to report. RE THOMAS KINO, DECEASED. Mr Bruges applied herein for letters of a-d ministration. Hid Honour made the order as prayed.
