The schooner Falcon came off the slip on Saturday, and sailed during the afternoon for Havelock in ballast. The schoone.3 Morning Light and Clematis also took advantage of the southerly wind to sail for Waitapu and Havelock respectively. The schooner Clyde arrived on Saturday from Collinywood with a cargo of timber. After being delayed for several days by the heavy sea on the coast the steamer Wakatu sailed on Saturday for Wellington, via way ports.

The Tarawera, from Sydney, via Northern ports, and Te Anau, from Dunedin, arrived on Saturday morniug, and sailed again in the evening for Dunedin and Wellington respectively.
