The Blackball Company's steamer Hesketh was floated out of dock on Saturday after being put in a thoroughly seaworthy condition below the water line. The steamer will go to sea thoroughly renovated throughout. The same Company's steamer Pareora arrived from Greymouth on Saturday, and after putting out her cargo of coal sailed again in the evening. The four-masted barque City of Adelaide cleared on Saturday for Sydney and Newcastle with a full cargo of produce.
