Press Assoclatjon-By Telegraph-Copyright. SYDNEY, March 4. At the League of Wheelmen's Carnival the International Scratch Mile resulted— Martin 1, Payne 2, McCennes 3. Tne English champion, Edwards, was beaten in his heat—time, 2min 53sec. In the Twenty Miles Challenge Relay Race, Lesna, the French champion, with the greatest ease, cut down O'Brien, McCombe, Meadham and Elliott, who took up the running in succession, and won by over .a mile in 44min 321*860. He covered the first ten miles in 21min 15sec.
