STYLISH GOWNS.

This stylish racecourse dress is of chamois, coloured silk with broended flowers in black sntin. The skirt, made of nine gored breadths, is lined with black silk ; the front 1 breadth is interlined to the knees with thin ■ fibre chamois, the sido and back gores to M the top, where tho skirt fits the figure _S closely. Tho bodice is a blouso, fastened in S front over a fitted lining, with gigot sloevoi S& cut on the cross. The yoke and collar o) the cape are cut in one, a full pleated shax>ed flounce is added to tho yoke and both lined with black satin and interlined with muslin. An accordion-pleated flounce of black lisse is sewn on round the yoke. The small straw toque is trimmed with black wings and feathers. Quantity of broche silk required for this dress, silk brocade,'24in wide, 20yds.
