Wood and Co. v Mann, £25 13s sd; Lyttelton Times Co. v King, £5 ISs 4d; same v Young and Co., £39 14s Gd ; Smith and Co. v Leslie and Co., £20 15s . Beath and Co. v Muir, £9 11s 4d, and Cook and Gray v Gallagher, £3 10d. Victoria Brewery Co. v Trelawney, claim £6 Is, on judgment summons ; Mr Mills appeared for the creditor; the debtor did not appear and was ordered to pay the amount, or in default three weeks' iriprisonmejjt, committal to be suspended if the debtor paid £1 per week till the liquidation of the debt. Allen v Reddington, claim £11 4s 2d on judgment summons; Mr Hunt appeared for the creditor; the debtor, who did not appear was ordered to pay forthwith, or in default five weeks' imrisonment. Rowe v Humphreys was adjourned till December 19th ; W. A. Wood and Co. v Fitzgerald, same v Stuart, and Excelsior Boot Manufacturing Co. v Pearpoint till January 7th, Forrester v ESey till February 15th.
