ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

(PKESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, December 16. Aa Mr Wm. Percival, Secretary to the Auckland Racing Club, was driving down Wellesley street to his office to-day, his horse fell, and Mr Percival was shot from the sulky on to his head on the metalled road. He is suffering from internal injuries to his head, and other bruises. After being examined by Drs. Darby, McKellar and Girdler, he was removed to the Hospital in an ambulance.
