MASTER AND APPRENTICE.
There has been some very hot debating on this Bill to-day, and there were several members on both sides of the House who, while agreeing to vote for the second reading, severely criticised a great number of its provisions. If the Bill is discussed in Committee there will be some very plain talking. It may, however, be regarded purely as an electioneering measure.
