BANKING ENQUIRY.
Mr Macarthy's evidence was brought to a conclusion to-day. It was intended to call Mr Walter Johnston, a Director, on Monday, but as he wished to go up country for two days it has been decided to summon Mr Butt, the Government Auditor, and Mr Foster (the Estates Company) for Monday.
