(press association telegram?). WELLINGTON, April 9,
The Court suspended the certificate of Oberg, mate of the schooner John Bell, for six months, and ordered Captain Willianiß to pay the bulk of the coats as it held that he should have given the mate further orders. The Nautical Adviser dissented from the decision, holding that the captain's certificate should also have been suspended for six months, but he wib overruled by tbe magistrate. Later.
The Magistrate altered his judgment in the John Bell wreck enquiry, and now orders the captain to pay.the whole of the costs.
