A crickot match was played between the Imperial second and Excelsior and resulted in a win for the former by an innings and 16 runs. The Albion C.C. defeated Taylor and Oakley. cricket team on Saturday by 40 runs on the. first inuings. Lancaster Park Reserve defeated. Sydenham A team by 99 runs on the first innings. Park 154 (F. Toomer 73 not out, Henderson 30, E. Toomer 19, McDougall 11) ; Sydenham 55 (Miuifie 20). McDougall and E. Toomer bowled best for the winners. The return match between the Linwood First Eleven and Syden'ham B was played on Saturday, and resulted in a Mia for the former by 11 runs on the first inningScores :—Linwood 83, Sydenham 72.
