NAriKit, January 27. The Waipawa and Waipukurau Criokot Clubs tried conclusions on Wednesday last, the former winning a most exciting game by one run. Tho Tradesmen's Cricket Club met an eleven selected by Mr Sainahury on the Recreation Ground on Wcdnosday, the olub beating the visitors by 103 to 76. Seabright (33), D. Fulton (17), I. Wilson (17), A. Cooper . (14) R. P. McKay (12) wero the principal i scorers for the winners, while W. J. Hughes {(38), and D. Smith (13) did best for the other side. The Waiapu and County Clubs played - " 'match on Saturday.' Waiapu going first to ; the wickets, knocked up 186 rune, White I (70), Parker (30), Finch (27) andFamin (11) 1 being responsible for the major portion of jthe score. Tho County could only put together 60, but thoy batted two men short, Williams (21), and Lewis (17) being the only double figure scorers.
