The Directors recommend c £2000 to be appropriated to meet expendin ture incurred for permanent works, plant '" and development of the mine to deal with 8 increasing output, and the balance to be c carried forward for next year, which would 8 render it unnecessary to make calls for the '* aforesaid purposes. The retiring Directors v are Messrs John Connal and Thoa. Bdillie. ° The balance-sheet ahow3 aaaeta £27,328 8s **■* Bd, mainly in coal lease, works, plant, timber 8 and rights at Seddonville.
